How to Top Up

There are two easy ways to top up your RSPCA Mobile Mobile SIM. You can do so online using our '10 sec Top Up' service in the My account section of the website. Or, you top up anywhere that you see the PayPoint top up sign.

Online Top Up

You can top up your SIM card online by creating an account at 'My account'. All you need to do is provide your phone number, a few contact details and a password to log into your account. You can use your account to check your balance and to top up your SIM card. You can even register a debit or credit to take advantage of our '10 sec top up'.

PayPoint Top Up

Where ever you see the Pay Point sign in a shop, you can Top Up your mobile phone.

To use your top up voucher, call 1250 from your mobile or type #125*Pin No# and press the call button.

Check Your Balance

You can check your balance using any one of the four following methods:

Option 1

Call '1260' from your mobile.

Option 2

Text 'Balance' to 1260

Option 3

Type '#126#' and press the call button
